Who we work with in the US
Most of our US work falls into three groups. Direct-to-consumer brands spending enough on Meta and Google that a few points of efficiency matter, typically when the business has found product-market fit and the question has become how to scale without CAC running away. B2B SaaS and services companies whose paid programmes generate leads that sales cannot close, where the job is connecting ad spend to pipeline and revenue in the CRM. And lead-generation businesses — home services, education, healthcare providers, financial services — where cost per lead looks fine and cost per customer does not.
We are usually a fit when monthly ad spend is somewhere between about $15,000 and $250,000 and someone in the business owns the profit-and-loss consequences of marketing. Below that range, the fixed cost of senior attention is hard to justify; well above it, we work alongside in-house teams rather than replacing them.
What the US market demands from a performance agency
US auctions are among the most expensive in the world, and they get more expensive through Q4, peaking around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In that environment, campaigns optimized for cheap events — clicks, add-to-carts, form fills — tend to scale the wrong thing. The accounts that hold up are the ones optimizing for events close to revenue: purchases with value, qualified leads, booked appointments, opportunities created in the CRM.
Signal quality is the other half. Browser tracking loses a meaningful share of conversions to Safari restrictions, ad blockers and consent choices, and Meta's 2026 attribution changes reduced what Ads Manager reports even further. We build server-side Conversions API connections for Meta and enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports for Google, then reconcile platform numbers with Shopify, Stripe or your CRM so decisions rest on revenue rather than on whichever dashboard looks best.
Finally, US buyers comparison-shop. Landing pages, offers and follow-up speed decide as much of the outcome as targeting does, so post-click conversion work — page structure, form design, lead routing, sales follow-up — is part of the scope, not an upsell.
Privacy and compliance considerations in the US
The US has no single federal privacy law for advertising data. Instead, a growing number of states — around twenty by 2026, led by California's CCPA as amended by the CPRA — give consumers rights over how their data is used for targeted advertising, including opt-outs that tracking setups need to respect. Calls and texts to leads fall under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which shapes the consent language on lead forms. Healthcare advertisers face additional limits on what can be sent to ad platforms from patient-facing pages, following HHS guidance on tracking technologies.
We design tracking so that data sent to ad platforms is hashed, minimized and filtered by consent and opt-out status, and we flag where your forms or consent flows need attention. That is engineering support for your compliance programme, not legal advice; your counsel should sign off on consent language and data-sharing terms.
How working with a Bengaluru-headquartered team works for US clients
India is nine and a half hours ahead of US Eastern time during daylight saving and ten and a half hours ahead in winter. We plan around that deliberately. Weekly calls sit in the US morning, which is the Indian evening. Account changes, reporting and build work happen during the Indian day, so a question raised at the end of your afternoon usually has an answer and often a shipped change by the next morning.
Everything we build lives in your accounts — ad accounts, Events Manager, Google Ads, tag managers, CRM — and stays there if we part ways. Communication runs through your Slack or email, and each client has a named senior operator rather than a rotating junior team.
Engagements and pricing
Most US relationships are a monthly retainer of $2,500–$6,000 per month, priced on scope — the number of channels and markets and how much tracking and CRM work is involved — never as a percentage of ad spend, so we have no incentive to recommend spending more than the economics support. Engagements usually begin with a diagnostic of your ad accounts, tracking and funnel against your real numbers, ending in a ranked list of what is limiting growth and the arithmetic behind each item.
How to evaluate any performance marketing agency in the US
Whether or not you talk to us, a few questions separate agencies that will improve your economics from agencies that will improve their reports.
- Which number do they report against — platform ROAS, or revenue and margin from your own systems?
- Who actually runs your account day to day, and how senior are they?
- How do they handle tracking after iOS changes, ad blockers and Meta's 2026 attribution changes?
- Is the fee tied to ad spend? If so, what stops them recommending more spend?
- Who owns the accounts, pixels, audiences and creative if you leave?
Frequently asked questions
How much does a performance marketing agency cost in the US?
Pricing models vary: percentage of ad spend, flat retainers, or performance-linked fees. Fluxsy works on monthly retainers priced on scope: $2,500–$6,000 per month in the US, never a percentage of ad spend.
Can an agency based in India manage US ad accounts effectively?
Yes, if the working model is designed for it. We schedule calls in the US morning, do build and optimization work during the Indian day, and keep everything in your own accounts. What matters more than location is seniority, measurement discipline and response time.
Do you work with US B2B SaaS companies as well as D2C brands?
Yes. For SaaS and B2B services we connect paid campaigns to pipeline in the CRM, so campaigns are judged on opportunities and revenue rather than form fills. For D2C, we manage against contribution margin and payback.
Which ad platforms do you manage for US clients?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen, YouTube, and Amazon and other marketplaces, with LinkedIn for B2B where it fits the economics.
What is the minimum ad spend to work with Fluxsy?
We are usually a fit from around $15,000 a month in ad spend. Below that, a diagnostic audit can still be useful to set up tracking and structure correctly before scaling.
