Who we work with in the UAE
Real estate is the largest share of our UAE work: developers, brokerages and off-plan sales teams for whom the real conversion is a qualified call or a site visit, not a form fill, and for whom international buyers in India, the UK, Europe and elsewhere are often as important as residents. We also work with D2C and retail brands selling across the GCC, clinics and education providers, and B2B companies using the UAE as a regional base.
Audiences, languages and platforms
Arabic and English creative should be written separately, not translated, and tested on their own merits. Many campaigns also benefit from Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Tagalog creative for specific expatriate audiences, depending on the offer. Platform mix differs from Western markets: Snapchat has unusually strong reach in the Gulf, TikTok and Instagram are central for consumer brands, and WhatsApp is the expected channel for follow-up. Google Search remains essential for high-intent categories such as property, clinics and services.
For real estate in particular, lead quality depends on separating residents from overseas investors, buyers from renters, and genuine buyers from people browsing prices. Qualifying questions on budget, timeline and residency, fast WhatsApp and phone follow-up, and sending CRM outcomes back to Meta through the Conversions API do more for cost per qualified lead than any targeting setting.
The UAE calendar
Ramadan reshapes media consumption and buying behaviour: browsing shifts later into the evening, some categories pause while others peak, and Eid al-Fitr brings a gifting and retail spike. In 2027, Ramadan is expected to begin in early February, so planning for it starts in the last weeks of 2026. The Dubai Shopping Festival typically runs from mid-December into January, White Friday sales arrive in November, and the summer months see many residents travel, which changes reach and conversion rates for local services.
Note too that the UAE working week runs Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as the weekend, which matters for lead follow-up schedules and for when campaigns spend most.
Regulation
The UAE's federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) sets out consent and processing rules for personal data, while free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection regimes. Real estate advertising in Dubai is regulated, and property ads are expected to carry the permits required by the Dubai Land Department and RERA. Influencer and social media advertising activity is subject to UAE Media Council licensing rules. We build these requirements into creative and landing-page workflows, and your legal and compliance teams make the final calls.
Engagement
UAE engagements are monthly retainers of AED 4,000–AED 10,000 per month, priced on scope rather than as a percentage of spend, and usually begin with a diagnostic covering accounts, tracking and lead handling. With only a ninety-minute time difference, we work your business hours, and in-person visits can be arranged for larger engagements.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best way to advertise real estate in Dubai on Meta?
Separate audiences by residency and buyer type, write Arabic and English creative separately, ask qualifying questions on budget and timeline, follow up within minutes on WhatsApp and phone, and send CRM outcomes back to Meta so it optimizes for qualified buyers rather than form fills. Include the permits required for property advertising.
Is Snapchat worth using in the UAE?
For many consumer brands, yes. Snapchat has unusually strong reach among younger audiences in the Gulf. It is usually tested alongside Meta and TikTok rather than replacing them.
How should UAE campaigns change during Ramadan?
Shift delivery and creative toward the evening hours when browsing peaks, adjust messaging to the season, plan for an Eid gifting spike, and avoid launching untested campaigns in the first days when behaviour changes most.
How much does a performance marketing agency cost in Dubai?
Fees in Dubai vary widely. Fluxsy works on monthly retainers of AED 4,000–AED 10,000 per month, priced on scope with no percentage of ad spend.
Can you target overseas buyers for UAE property?
Yes. We run separate campaigns for key source markets such as India and the UK, with creative and follow-up suited to each, and measure them separately from resident campaigns.
