NPS & Advocacy

NPS, reviews and referral program setup

Build referral networks that convert.

Capturing customer reviews and turning them into social proof tools.

Satisfied customers are an under-used acquisition channel. Net Promoter Score surveys identify who would recommend you; review generation turns that goodwill into public proof; referral programmes turn it into new customers. Together they lower acquisition costs and increase trust in every other channel.

We set up NPS measurement, route promoters to reviews and referrals, follow up with detractors, and track referral revenue as a channel in its own right.

The problem

Companies have no systematic way to collect customer reviews, missing out on social proof that could lower ad costs.

What we do

What you get

Automated review collection that drives referrals and creates marketing social proof.

How it runs

  1. Automate Surveys. We set up NPS email and SMS surveys triggered after delivery.
  2. Route Feedback. We route high-score reviews to platforms (G2, Trustpilot) and low scores to support.
  3. Design Widgets. We build widgets to showcase positive reviews on landing pages.
  4. Build Referrals. We implement referral structures to reward users who share your brand.

Who this is for

What's included

Closing the loop with customers

Surveys only build loyalty when customers see something happen afterwards. We set up follow-up for every response type: thanking promoters and inviting a review or referral at that moment, asking passives what would make the experience better, and routing detractors to someone who can resolve the issue quickly.

Themes from feedback are summarised monthly for product, service and leadership teams, with the most common issues tracked over time. Referral and review results are reported as a channel — reviews generated, referral sign-ups and revenue from referred customers — so the programme is judged on commercial impact as well as satisfaction scores.

Frequently asked questions

What is Net Promoter Score?

A measure of how likely customers are to recommend you, from 0 to 10. Promoters score 9–10, passives 7–8 and detractors 0–6; NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.

Can we ask only happy customers for reviews?

Selectively soliciting only positive reviews can breach platform policies and consumer rules in some markets. We design review requests that comply with each platform's guidelines.

How do referral programmes work best?

With a simple, valuable reward for both parties, an easy sharing mechanism and timing just after a moment of satisfaction.

When should we send NPS surveys?

After customers have experienced the product meaningfully — for example some time after delivery or onboarding — and periodically for ongoing relationships, avoiding moments right after support problems unless measuring support itself.

What is a Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

A metric that measures customer loyalty based on how likely they are to recommend your brand on a scale of 0 to 10.

How do you capture reviews?

By directing promoters to specialized landing pages that link to public review platforms.

Can we sync reviews to our site?

Yes, we integrate dynamic widgets that display positive reviews to site visitors.
