Industries we work with in India
Most of our Indian clients are in five areas. D2C brands in beauty, fashion, home and consumer electronics selling through their own sites and marketplaces. Edtech and upskilling companies where counsellor capacity is the constraint and lead quality decides cost per enrolment. Real estate developers and channel partners, where a site visit is the real conversion and most leads go cold within days. Healthcare and clinics, where trust and speed of response matter more than volume. And B2B SaaS companies selling to Indian and global customers, where paid campaigns need to connect to the sales pipeline.
What makes performance marketing in India different
Cash on delivery changes what a conversion means. A purchase event fires when an order is placed, but a share of COD orders are refused or returned to origin, and that share rises during festive weeks. Optimizing on placed orders teaches the platforms to find people who order and refuse. We report and, where the volume supports it, optimize on delivered or prepaid orders, and we treat RTO rate as a marketing metric rather than a logistics problem.
WhatsApp is the default conversation channel. Many Indian buyers would rather message than fill a form or answer an unknown number. Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, WhatsApp confirmations after a lead form, and fast human follow-up on WhatsApp often lift contact and conversion rates more than any targeting change.
Language and geography matter. A campaign that works in English for metro audiences can fail in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, where Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi or Bengali creative performs better and price sensitivity is higher. We test language and regional creative deliberately rather than treating India as one audience.
Marketplaces and quick commerce sit alongside your own store. Many buyers who discover a brand on Instagram complete the purchase on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa or a quick-commerce app. Measuring Meta only against website orders understates its contribution; we use regional holdouts and blended efficiency to see the whole picture.
Seasonality is concentrated. Navratri, Dussehra, Dhanteras and Diwali move auction prices sharply in October and November, and wedding season, end-of-season sales and the January lull each change what works. Budget pacing through those windows is planned months ahead.
Data protection and advertising rules in India
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with implementing rules notified in late 2025 and phased in over the following period, sets out consent, notice and purpose-limitation obligations for businesses handling personal data. For advertisers, that affects how lead forms collect consent, how customer lists are uploaded to ad platforms and how long lead data is kept. Advertising claims are also subject to the ASCI code and, for some categories such as health, finance and education, sector-specific rules.
Our tracking setups hash personal identifiers before they reach ad platforms and send only what optimization needs. That supports your compliance work; it does not replace legal advice on consent wording and data retention.
Working with us
Clients in Bengaluru can meet us in person; clients elsewhere in India work with us over video calls, Slack and WhatsApp, with a named senior operator responsible for the account. Every ad account, pixel, dataset, audience and dashboard sits in your ownership from day one.
Engagements are monthly retainers of ₹1,00,000–₹5,00,000 per month, priced on scope rather than a percentage of ad spend, and usually begin with a diagnostic of your ad accounts, tracking and lead handling. We will tell you in the first conversation if your current spend is too small for a retainer to pay for itself.
Choosing a performance marketing agency in India
The Indian agency market ranges from freelancers to large networks, and the cheapest proposals often price in a junior team and a reporting deck built around cost per lead. Before you sign with anyone, ask:
- Will they report cost per delivered order or cost per qualified lead, or only CPL and ROAS from Ads Manager?
- How do they handle COD and RTO, and WhatsApp follow-up?
- Who will actually run your campaigns, and how experienced are they?
- Do you own the ad accounts and data, or does the agency?
- What happens to performance during Diwali and other peak weeks — is there a pacing plan?
Frequently asked questions
What does a performance marketing agency do in India?
It plans and runs paid advertising — mainly Meta, Google, YouTube and marketplace ads — to produce sales or leads at a profitable cost. A good one also fixes tracking, landing pages and lead follow-up, and measures results against delivered orders or qualified leads rather than clicks.
Where is Fluxsy based?
Fluxsy is headquartered in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka. We work with clients across India and with companies in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and the UAE.
How do you reduce RTO and fake orders from Meta ads?
By measuring and optimizing on delivered or prepaid orders rather than placed orders, adding confirmation steps for COD, reviewing which placements and creatives drive refusals, and sending order outcomes back to Meta through the Conversions API.
Do you run ads in Hindi and regional languages?
Yes. We test Hindi and regional-language creative where the audience calls for it, particularly outside the metros, and route leads to team members who speak the customer's language.
How is Fluxsy priced for Indian clients?
On monthly retainers of ₹1,00,000–₹5,00,000 per month, priced on scope rather than a percentage of ad spend. We will tell you plainly if your spend is too low for ongoing management to make sense.
Which industries do you work with in India?
Mainly D2C brands, edtech, real estate, healthcare and B2B SaaS, along with fintech and automotive.
