This document sets forth how Fluxsy Operations LLC handles raw visitor telemetry, interactive state cache inputs, and compliance tracking information.

Fluxsy Operations LLC ("we", "our", or "us") provides statistical modeling and interactive financial sandbox tooling for growth organizations. This visitor-facing privacy policy covers inputs cached when running the growth forecasting models or when communicating with our consultancy interface via live diagnostics.

2. Core Information Harvesting Protocols

We operate under a minimal-exposure architecture. We collect the following classes of data:

• Interactive Inputs: Any customized mathematical inputs provided to the compounding sandbox (e.g., target ROAS, estimated Conversion Rates, daily media allocation limits). These values are held purely in transient state and are not persisted to persistent databases unless shared explicitly.
• Lead Identifiers: Voluntarily provided corporate information (including email addresses, consultant diagnostic targets, and corporate size ranges) harvested during the diagnostic booking pipeline.
• Server Telemetry: Anonymized HTTP network metrics and standard browser capabilities logged solely for CDN load Balancing and reverse-proxy integrity on port 3000.

3. Third-party Processing Disclosures

Telemetry harvested during user actions is handled by verified system processing APIs (such as analytics routers, direct signal tracking servers, and secure email relays). We do not market, rent, or lease harvested information to speculative ad brokers. All metrics are dedicated exclusively to business operations.
